4) Pos Malaysia make a soft-launch of its cashless payment capabilities via selected Pos Automated Machines allows for bills to be paid using several e-wallet services (TheStarOnline, 2020).

5) Pos Malaysia also has plans to deploy online data analytics capabilities. So, Pos Malaysia establish a system using the digital address, or geocoding, in an effort to improve the Pos Laju postal and courier services in Malaysia (TheStarOnline, 2020).

6) Through this system, each customer who use Pos Laju courier service would be identified through their own geocode, thus facilitating the delivery of packages. As a result, this will facilitate the search for recipients (consumer) and ensure that there are no delays in delivering the goods which have been sent to them (Pos Malaysia Berhad, 2021).

7) Pos Malaysia make the Postal Transformation Plan, that acting as a catalyst that connects urban and rural areas, to allowed hundreds of thousands of rural folks in Malaysia to receive mail and parcels at their doorstep or from pick-up points.
